Our intensive 4-month certificate course is designed to “start up your body” through deep technical and spiritual exploration of body diameter and posture training.

Most newcomers struggle not because they lack talent, but because they don’t know how to own the space they stand in. They shrink under lights. At FACES, we train you to expand your invisible circle of energy — your performance diameter — so your presence reaches the last row of the auditorium. You don’t just stand on stage; you command it. This training builds complete physical awareness — understanding where your fingertips end, how your spine aligns, and how your silhouette shapes the audience’s perception.

Our methodology draws from the timeless principles of the Natyashastra, especially the Four Forms of Abhinaya, with focused immersion in Angika (physical expression). Students practice Sthanakas — the foundational static postures — that build strength, balance, and authority. From the grounded power of Indian folk theatre to the subtle precision required for camera acting, posture becomes your truth.

We emphasise spinal alignment, rooted footwork, and the geometry of movement through Mandalas. Acting here is not about memorising lines; it is a disciplined art of presence. Even vocal training emerges from physical grounding — so your voice resonates with strength, clarity, and control.
